Pure Patience Classic

The cards are shuffled and placed on the desk in 4 rows with 13 cards in each.
The starting card is the leftmost card in the uppermost row. It designates the starting suit and rank. This card cannot be relocated during the game.
During a move, you can swap two cards only if an adjacent card on the new place (left-hand,right-hand,top,bottom) has an immediately higher or lower rank and they belongs to the same suit . Also you can swap two adjacent cards if their ranks are consecutive to each other and they belongs to the same suit.
The game is won when the following conditions are met:
Each row contains a full suit. Suits follow each other in the following order: Clubs, Hearts, Spades, Diamonds (as example. if starting suit is Spades then next row will be Diamonds). Ranks in each row are lined up in either ascending or descending order. Ascending and descending orders alternate as follows: 1st row - ascending, 2nd row - descending, 3rd row - ascending, 4th descending. The rank that ends a row, begins the next row.
